Factory Direct Windows started as an idea between two friends and long-time colleagues. The founders - Travis Hyre and Nicholas Verini - wanted to make high-quality window installations affordable to everyone.
Frankly, they wanted to change the way Arizona shops for replacement windows. Travis and Nick saw how much other companies charged and knew they could offer both a better product and service at a better price - and they did just that. That idea became Factory Direct Windows.
Together, the founders have four contractor licenses and over 50 years of combined experience in construction and window installations. But what truly sets Factory Direct Windows apart is the owners’ integrity and a dedication to do things right.

Our goal is to give homeowners smart, energy-efficient windows built for Arizona’s heat, wind, and monsoon weather—without making them pay twice for the same thing.

One of the things I love about Factory Direct Windows is that it’s a family business. Everyone in the family pitches in - whether it’s helping clean the warehouse, mail letters, or send thank-you notes to our clients. Many of our team members have been working with us for well over a decade in other businesses, even though Factory Direct Windows only started in 2023. We only work with the best.
Arizona is home for me; I was born and raised here, and after close to 40 years, I still love every bit of it! Being a native Phoenician - I live in Gilbert - I understand the needs and expectations of local homeowners. That insight helps us better serve the community. All the windows we sell are made right here in Arizona - and we’re proud of that. And what’s more, every window we install means one less overpriced job done by the competition - and more money saved for Arizona families.
We want to build up enough satisfied customers and have a strong reputation so that we can reduce advertising costs - and pass even more savings on to our customers. We’ve considered expanding to other markets, but for now we’re focused on perfecting the customer experience here in the Valley.

We specialize in retrofit window installations, which are perfect for upgrading existing homes and businesses.

Our experience speaks for itself. There’s nobody in the state with the hands-on expertise we bring to every job.
What kind of feedback do you often get from customers?
We often hear things like, “My home is so much cooler,” and “I can’t hear the road anymore!” Our windows drastically reduce noise and heat.
How do you ensure each customer gets personalized attention?
Every customer gets my personal cell phone number and can reach me any time - 24/7.
Can you share a story of a customer you went above and beyond for?
A young hockey player accidentally broke his neighbor’s window. We replaced it for free - no questions asked.
How do you handle challenges or issues that come up during a job?
We always find a way to make it work. Our top priority is doing what’s right for the customer.
